We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is involved in the penetrative sexual assault of a ten year old child. Vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined.

In view of gravity of offence and the stage of proceeding, we do not consider it prudent to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
