Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being threatened and are apprehensive as they may be thrown out from their tenanted property. To that effect, representation was advanced before the Officer-in-Charge, Bhatar Police Station on or about 28.10.2024.

Having considered that more than 10 months have passed since the representation was made before the police authorities, I am of the view that the petitioners will file fresh representation before the police authorities and the police authorities would also enquire and ensure that without due process of law00 the petitioners are not dispossessed from the property.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29854 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
