Mr. Dewan, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the revisional application was disposed of by an order dated 15th November, 2011. I have perused the said order and I find that the learned advocate has correctly pointed out regarding the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench. Having regard to the order which has already been passed and the revisional application being disposed of, no order need be passed in this revisional application.

Department is directed to treat the same as disposed of and not list the matter any further before any Bench.
