Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners submit there was a free fight between the parties. Victim had a weak heart and died due to myocardial infarction. This is corroborated by the notings in the post mortem report. 3.

Keeping in mind these facts, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Asraul Sk @ Asraul Hoque, (2) Belal Sk @ Bellal Hossain and (3) Sarif Sk @ Sarif @ Sorif Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Signed By :
