Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of order passed in WPA 2828 of 2021 the police authorities have not acted in accordance with law. Petitioner has informed the police authorities on 05.12.2023.

Report submitted by the state reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under section 107/116(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. I find that the said proceedings were drawn on 06.02.2024.

The complaint which was lodged is in the month of December, 2023 in respect of incidents prevailing then.

Records reflect that a long standing dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

The learned advocate for the private respondent denies and disputes each of the accusations made against the private respondent. Be that as it may, in view of the fact that the last complaint was on 05.12.2023, I direct that the petitioner would furnish a fresh information if there has been still existing violation of his right with the Officer-in-Charge, Burwan Police Station.

The concerned Officer-in-Charge would assess regarding the accusations made and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28657 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
