1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that after filing of this petition the warrant of arrest was executed and petitioner was arrested.

2. However, learned Counsel submits that petitioner was released on payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only.

3. Learned Trial Court has further directed for payment of Rs.

15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) only and on non-payment of the same the warrant of arrest shall be issued.

4. Since the warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 26th November, 2025 has already been executed the present petition has become infrutuous and dismissed accordingly.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
