This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated January 14, 2025 passed by this Court.

Today is the first day.

The petitioners shall serve a copy of the contempt application along with a copy of today's order upon the alleged contemnors and shall file an affidavit-of-service when the matter shall be taken up next.

Pendency of this contempt proceeding shall not preclude the alleged contemnors to carry out the direction of this Court in the meantime and to file a compliance report before this Court on the next day.

In the event the Court finds non-compliance of its direction, this Court may proceed to issue Rule on the next day.

The matter shall appear under the heading 'Contempt Application' on July 3, 2026.
