The writ petition was lastly listed on 18.02.2008 when none represented the petitioner or the respondents. There was a direction on 18.02.2008 that pendency of the writ petition shall not preclude the respondents from proceeding in accordance with law. Having considered that the grievance of the petitioner relates to partnership of the brickfield, I am of the view that by efflux of time, the prayer so advanced before this Court has lost its force.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 27458 of 2007 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
