The petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities, petitioner approached this Court. However, in the meantime, pursuant to the direction passed by the learned Magistrate, Narendrapur Police Station Case No.1593 dated 21.12.2024 has been registered for investigation. As such, the police authorities would take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

The purpose for which the petitioner approached this Court has been sub served.

Accordingly, WPA No.29809 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
