1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is a loanee in respect of a loan in lieu of which certain gold jewelleries were mortgaged. As per the notice issued by the bank on 17th October, 2024 a sum of Rs. 7,53,550/- along with interest was due and payable by the petitioner. The petitioner intends to repay the due amount.

3. Learned advocate representing the bank submits, upon instruction that, the gold items have not been sold till date.

4. Leave is granted to the petitioner to approach the bank for settlement of her dues. In the event the petitioner approaches the bank within 25th February, 2025, her request shall be considered, in accordance with law and the same shall be disposed of at the earliest but positively within a period of thirty days from the date of making the request.

5. The total dues including the break up shall be intimated to the petitioner by 21st February, 2025 so that the petitioner can pay up the due amount.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
