The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, South 24Parganas, Alipore. I have considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the revisional application, I direct that since the next date is fixed on 31.01.2024, the learned trial court will take efforts to conclude the hearing of the revisional application on 31.01.2024 and pronounce its verdict on or before 28.02.2024.

Needless to state that the learned revisional court will be at its discretion to fix any number of dates for disposing of the revisional application within the time line so fixed above in connection with Criminal Motion No. 476 of 2023. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4904 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
