The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 17th February, 2025.

In the second line of paragraph 1 at page 1 of the said order, the expression 'Chief Metropolitan Magistrate' should read as „Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate‟.

In the first line of paragraph 4 at page 2 of the said order, the expression 'Chief Metropolitan Magistrate' should read as „Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate‟.

In the fourth line of paragraph 9 at page 3 of the said order, after the Chief Judicial Magistrates, the expression "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate" shall also be inserted.

The order dated 17th February, 2025 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 17th February, 2025.
