1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner, State respondents and respondent nos. 5 to 9.

3. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner an FIR was registered and a criminal prosecution being Panchla Police Station Case No. 101/26 dated 23rd March, 2026 was initiated under certain provisions of Indian Penal Code.

4. In view of registering FIR by the concerned police authority grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
