On the prayer of Mr. Ramchandra Guchhait, learned advocate for the contemnor the compliance report filed in Court today by the sole contemnor is taken on record.

The compliance report shows that a reasoned order has been passed dated November 8, 2025 at page 9 to the compliance report following the direction of this Court.

The petitioner submits that, he is not satisfied with the reasoned order.

In view of the above, since the direction of this Court stands complied with, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, WPCRC 138 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

Rule, issued, stands discharged.

If the petitioner is aggrieved with the reasoned order, he shall be at liberty to avail of the steps in accordance with law.
