Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved as his representation to the police authorities dated 02.12.2024 was not considered.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the record of right was collected following the order of the BL & LRO, Hasnabad vide Misc. Case No. 03/2015 and the same was disposed of on 13.07.2016. The report also reflects that all Patta Holder's Khatian in respect of suit plots were deleted and entered into Khatian No. 1, i.e.

collector's Khatian.

Petitioner disputes such contention and submits that the plot which belongs to the petitioner is completely different from that which has been

referred to in the report. The same is a disputed question of fact to be decided by the appropriate forum.

Be that as it may, police authorities would only ensure that there is no violation of law and order as the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead with respect to usage of the land is concerned, irrespective of the fact whether it belongs to them or not.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30158 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
