We have considered the materials on record. Opposite party no.2 was granted pre-arrest bail. Perusal of the order shows learned Judge had considered the case diary and contentions of the parties before granting pre-arrest bail. Order does not suffer any illegality and/or perversity. With regard to allegation of misuse of liberty, we note such allegations are generic in nature and not substantiated by material evidence.

In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2. 3.
