Petitioner complains that the private respondents, being the son and the daughter in law, have restrained his movement.

Records reflect that on the basis of the complaint of Moyna Sil dated 30th November, 2024, Jamalpur Police Station Case No. 340 of 2024 dated 30.11.2024 has already been registered for which investigation is well under progress. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any act or action of the private respondent, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional

Magistrate who is in seisin of the criminal case for remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30084 of 2024 is disposed of.
