waiver of the conditions so far as the issue relating to entering the jurisdiction of Tollygunge Police Station is concerned. The earlier direction passed by this Court while granting bail for not entering the jurisdiction of Tollygunge Police Station is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall not enter the area covered under Dr. Sarat Banerjee Road within the jurisdiction of Tollygunge Police Station, Kolkata -700 029 including the residence of the opposite party no.2. The other conditions so imposed while granting bail are retained till further orders of this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
