Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Principal accused is absconding. Petitioners had abetted the principal accused to kidnap a minor girl.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
