None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Even before the Lok Adalat none appeared for the petitioners. Learned Advocate for the Bank submits that the application has become infructuous as the Bank has received payment from the petitioners/borrowers and a "no objection" certificate has also been given by the Arcil Arms Ltd to ICICI Bank, which is already on record.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in continuing with the matter in the facts stated above. Accordingly, this revisional application is dismissed for default.
