It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 14.08.2014 whereby the prayer for the present petitioner/defendant for acceptance of written statement and for taking off the suit from ex parte board before the Trial Court was rejected. Against the said impugned order the present revisional application has been filed in the year 2014 and since then it is pending.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3419/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
