It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 14th August, 2014 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the petition filed by the present petitioner/defendant for acceptance of written statement and for taking off the suit from ex parte board before the Trial Court was rejected. It further appears that the present revisional application is registered in the year 2014 and since then it is pending. So, it appears that the present petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present revisional application.

Accordingly the revisional application being CO/3420/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
