Pursuant to the earlier directions passed by this court, police authorities have conducted search and seizure. Certain recoveries have been made which somewhat dilutes the anxiety of the petitioner. However, petitioner submits that there are other materials to be recovered.

In view of the police authorities having taken steps and some recoveries having been made and it is reflected in the report that charge sheet has been submitted in connection with Kanksa Police Station Case No. 382/24 dated 30.11.2024, I am of the opinion that further prayers by either of the parties should be before the learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the police authorities or the investigation, he will have liberty to file a necessary application under the relevant provisions of the code.

Similarly, the respondent nos. 7 to 10 would also have the liberty to take out appropriate application under the relevant provisions for the reliefs which they are entitled under the statute before the learned Magistrate concerned.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30037 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
