2. Learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner submits that since a fresh writ petition has been filed upon subsequent facts, accordingly, the instant writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

3. The orders impugned in the instant writ petition are also part of the later writ petition that has been filed being WPA 2065 of 2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, WPA 30030 of 2024 stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
