Pronita Sur Mr. Arijit Bardhan ... for the petitioner Mr. Bardhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits under instruction that the child was six years old when this revisional application was filed. Now he is fifteen years and has attained the right of exercising discretion. With the passage of time the petition under consideration has lost its relevance and the petitioner does not want to proceed with this application.

Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to stand in the way.

Before parting with this case, I would like to make it clear that since the child has attained the age of discretion and the father exercised his liberty not to visit the child so far, this order shall not have any negative impact upon the petitioner for all time to come.

The revisional application along with application being CAN 2 of 2015 is disposed of.
