2) Petitioner's son was an employee of Steel Authority of India Limited who died-in-harness. Petitioner prays for direction for release of death benefits in his favour.

3) Learned advocate representing Steel Authority of India Limited raises point of jurisdiction in view of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. In support of same, notification dated 31st March, 2010 issued in terms of section 14(2) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 is placed before this Court wherefrom it appears that Steel Authority of India Limited is one of the authorities which was brought under the

purview of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.

4) Since it is found that writ petition is not maintainable before this Court at this stage same stands dismissed.

5) However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal seeking self-same relief in accordance with law.

6) All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
