Mr. Saptarshi Kumar Kundu ...for the respondents On 22nd February, 2022, when the appellant did not appear, we directed the appeal to appear in the list under the heading "short hearing". We asked the advocate on record for the respondents to serve a notice on the appellant's advocate on record of the contents of that order. An affidavit of service is on record. Learned advocate for the respondents submits that the notice has been duly served on the appellant and further that the appellant is taking no interest in the appeal.

In those circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, is vacated.
