1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim lady. It is alleged petitioner nos. 2 and 3 i.e. the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim had administered poison to her. Medical papers support the allegation. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

3. Allegation against petitioner no. 1, father-in-law of the victim is minimal. Hence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner no. 1 viz Mansur Mondal shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

5. Petitioner no. 1 shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
