It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 13.05.2014 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby and whereunder learned Trial Court rejected the application filed by the plaintiff under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure with a prayer for amendment of the plaint.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2014 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3449/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
