It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since 2014.

So, it appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. Accordingly, application the revisional application being CO/2623/2014 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application filed in connection with the revisional application being no. CAN 11787 of 2014 is also dismissed for default.
