1. After some arguments, the learned State counsel raises the preliminary objection based on the decision of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPST 9 of 2022 wherein this court has refused to interfere with the result of the recruitment process-in-question in the present proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to pursue the pending application before the Tribunal.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of such submission, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the matter before the State Administrative Tribunal.
