1. Heard Ms. Moumita Ghosh, learned counsel representing the petitioner.

With her fairness it is submitted that the order impugned is subject to appeal before the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.

2. Ms. Ghosh is seeking an order granting liberty to the petitioner to take up the issue before the competent authority.

3. The instant revisional application is disposed of being not pressed.

4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to ventilate the grievance before the competent authority as law permits.
