It appears that the instant revisional application filed by the petitioners has already been dismissed for default on 03.09.2014 by this Court. Against the said order of dismissal the present application is filed with a prayer for restoration of the present revisional application to its original file and number after setting aside the order of dismissal.

It appears that the present application praying for restoration is pending since the year 2014 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the present revisional application. Accordingly, the present application for restoration being CAN/1/2014 (Old No.:CAN/11672/2014) filed in connection with the revisional application being CO/3469/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
