This revisional application is filed challenging the impugned orders dated 2.9.2014 and 6.8.2014 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Title Execution Case No. 7/2013. By passing the impugned orders the learned Trial Court rejected the application of the present petitioner/judgment debtor permitting him to contest the Title Suit. Against the said impugned orders the present revisional application is preferred which is pending since the year 2014.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly the revisional application being CO/3470/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
