The petitioners are aggrieved by the warrant of arrest which was issued in connection with Complaint Case No. C. 44 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas. Having considered that the warrant of arrest has been issued on 16.09.2023 and the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners undertakes that henceforth, the petitioners would be physically present and cooperate with the learned trial court, I am of the view that in case the petitioners appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas by 15.01.2024, they will be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. The learned trial court would ensure that for the next three months irrespective of any dates being fixed, the petitioners appear once in a fortnight before the court. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4916 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
