...... petitioners Mr. Robiul Islam, Mr. Raju Mondal, Mr. Masooq Rahman ....for the petitioners Mrs. Sonali Das ....for the State In an incident of blast of bomb, two persons received injuries, out of which one expired.

Name of the petitioners transpires as persons involved in the manufacturing of the bombs when the explosion occurred, from the statement of the co-accused as well as neighbours. Considering the materials in the Case Diary and the gravity of the offence notwithstanding the fact that police filed charge-sheet, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5695 of 2023 is disposed of.
