Petitioner has approached this Court as she was 18.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.128 Rakib aggrieved that the representation dated 08.12.2023 submitted before the Officer-in-Charge, Khanakul Police Station was not considered. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents were trying to encroach upon the petitioner's property and were destroying her crops. Repeatedly after informing the police authorities, the police authorities were not taking any steps and as such petitioner approach the learned Executive Magistrate.

There were directions by the learned Executive Magistrate, inspite of the same police authorities did not take any action.

As none appears on behalf of the State Ms. Amrita Panja Moulick, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the representation so made on behalf of the petitioner. Having regard to the fact that

more than one year four months have passed since such representation was made, I direct in case the petitioner is facing similar inconveniences till date, petitioner will file a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Khanakul Police Station who will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28718 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
