We have considered the materials on record. Suicide note of the victim implicates the petitioner in the crime. In view of the aforesaid incriminating fact and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
