Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned advocate representing the contemnor Nos. 1 and 2 submits that order dated 7th December, 2023 has been complied with and registration has been granted to the petitioners. Let the appearance of Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya along with Mr. Nilay Baran Mandal, learned advocates, be regularised.

The documents evidencing registration of the petitioners with the West Bengal Nursing Council have been made over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the matter any further. Personal appearance of contemnor No.1 is dispensed with.

Accordingly, WPCRC 3 of 2024 is dropped.
