The present writ petition has been preferred seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to implement the Ayushman Bharat/Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.

Heard Ms. Jaju, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State, submits that the State Government has already adopted the scheme and that a Memorandum of Understanding has already been executed between the State and the Government of India. Such contention has not been disputed by Ms. Pandey, learned advocate appearing for the Union of India.

In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present writ petition.

With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
