Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used for illegal transportation of sand. In view of the nature of crime which pertains an organized criminal activity, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
