Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others had kidnapped the victim and thereafter assaulted him to death. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. 3.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
