It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a two partly three storied building has been constructed by the private respondents without any lawful sanction plan.

The State respondents are represented and submit that the petitioner is her sister in whose favour the house has been transferred. The entire disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature and there is no reason for the Writ court to interfere.

The respondent no.10 is represented.

Obviously, there is an acrimonious relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, there is lack of and bonafides faith in the filing of the writ petition. The petitioner has filed this writ petition only to settle personal scores and there is no public law element involved in this writ petition. It is evident that the filing of the writ petition is a product of a bitter relationship between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 9 and 10. The real true grievance of the petitioner is directed against the gifting of the premises in favour of the private respondent and this is no ground for filing of this writ petition. In such view of the matter, there is no question of exercising any discretion in favour of the petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
