Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for Fire Safety Certificate on 8th August, 2023 and received the recommendation from the competent authority on September 26, 2023. However, till date the Fire Safety Certificate has not been granted.

In view of above facts, I dispose of this writ petition giving a direction upon the University that the link for affiliation shall be sent to the College within twenty four hours from date. Upon production of the required documents, the University will grant affiliation to the College without insisting on the Fire Safety Certificate.

The University shall also send the necessary link for fee payment required for the renewal of affiliation. Subject to the deposit of such fees, the affiliation of the College shall be renewed with the condition that the College must produce the Fire Safety Certificate before the University within a period of three months from date.

With the aforesaid direction WPA 28723 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
