Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had an illicit relationship with the deceased. When she withdrew from the relationship, he harassed her and compelled her to commit suicide. 3.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
