The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant criminal revisional application has filed challenging an order of execution whereby the realization of arrear of maintenance to the tune of Rs. 29,400/-. From the record it appears that the revisional application was not admitted till date.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to efflux of time the instant application arising out of the M.R. Case No. 70 of 2004 pending before the trial court must have become infructuous.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisinal application is dismissed.
