Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim lady. Principal accused has been enlarged on bail. Allegations against them are general and omnibus.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for progress of investigation is not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Saraswati Mandal, (2) Nepal Mandal and (3) Mrityunjay Mandal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By :
