From the Trial Court record, it appears that by virtue of an order dated 24th April, 2009, the Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Howrah was acquitted the present petitioner under Section 235(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court.
