ct. no. 551 CRR 4192 of 2017 M/s. Hajee A. P. Bava & Co. & Anr.

Vs.

State of West Bengal & Anr.

Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, Mr. Pratick Bose, .....for the State State is represented.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner on the first call. No accommodation is sought for. None appears on behalf of the petitioner on second call also.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, it appears that the instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2017 and the petitioner is not appearing regularly and on the last occasion.

Considering the same, it appears to me that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this revisional application. Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application is dismissed for default.

Any order of stay passed during the continuation of the revisional application is hereby also vacated. Connected CRAN applications if pending, are also disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
