Petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking grant of electricity connection for a submersible pump which has been installed at plot no. 712, J.L. No. 112, Mouza- Araji Mishrabati, under Gazole Police Station, District- Malda.

Learned Counsel for the respondent authority has handed over a copy of the instruction wherein it was mentioned that a Techno Economical Feasibility Study has been conducted in connection with respect to the petitioner's agricultural connection and it has been found that the said service connection to the premises of the petitioner is not techno economically

feasible. Consequently, the respondent authority is not in a position to grant the said electricity connection. 4.

In view of the same learned Counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Copy of the instruction is kept on record.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
